This position is based in Williston, ND. This position requires the availability to work a minimum of 50hous per week as well as varied and extended hours. Successful candidates may be required to travel out of town for extended periods of time


  • Work closely with Foreman, Superintendent and Division Manager to ensure materials are produced to specification, on-time, efficiently and in a cost effective manner
  • Track Production through Periodic Surveys, Drone Experience is a Plus
  • Assist with Staffing and Crew Placement, Working with Foreman to Determine Staffing Needs
  • Coordinate with Trucking and Dispatch for Daily Hauling to Jobs Assigned to You
  • Assist with Bidding and Estimating, Identifying Projects to Bid and Tracking Bid Performance
  • Work with the Division Manager in Applying For, Maintaining and Tracking Progress of Various Agency Permits.
  • Work closely with other Safety Department(s) to ensure Company Safety Policy is being met
  • Communicate effectively with Division Manager, Foreman, QC production totals and qualities daily/ weekly/ monthly
  • Develop Inventory Control check and balances to ensure reporting is as accurate as possible
  • Ensure the all Production KPl's are being met and if not make effective adjustment to meet
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, business ethic codes and legal regulations
  • Must possess excellent follow through
  • Other Duties as assigned


  • S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent prior experience within Aggregate/Mining Exposure
  • Knowledge of MSHA
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety as expressed in JMAC Resources corporate value People First, Safety Always
  • Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to a high standard of quality and efficiency to meet customer expectations, timelines, and company project goals
  • Valid US issued driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass background and drug and alcohol tests
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and work away from home when required.
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
  • Report to the assigned job site ready to begin work at the designated start time.
  • Strict adherence to JMAC policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Policies.
  • Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
  • Timely and regular attendance is an expectation of performance for all JMAC Resources employees. Employees will be held accountable for adhering to their workplace schedule.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance.  The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is regularly exposed to wet, humid condition airborne particles, and extreme heat or cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to vibration.  The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud and may require protective equipment.
